With over 20 years advancing the study of self-inquiry and human development, Madanes School is the first international education and coaching organization specializing in transdisciplinary research using the Enneagram system of personality types.

Madanes School is an official licensee of the International Association of Coaching and functions as a transdisciplinary academic collaborative center to develop practical applications of the Enneagram. To connect the field of research with practice the School works hard to build academic collaborations. It maintains fluid exchanges with professors at leading universities around the world, from diverse fields such as psychology, coaching, management and neuroscience (see the school’s endorsers here).

Yechezkel & Ruth Madanes

As life and executive coaches, they are pioneers in the field of coaching with personality types and cofounders of the Madanes School of Enneagram Coaching, an official licensee of the International Association of Coaching (IAC). They were part of the “father of the coaching industry” Anthony Robbins and Dr.Cloe Madanes coach training program team. They co-founded with world-renowned authority in organizational transformation Professor Ichak Adizes the Adizes Systemic Family Coaching Institute of California, co-authoring two books with him and creating multiple training programs. From 2019, Yechezkel is the Head of the Research Department at the International Association of Coaching. Best-selling authors of seven highly acclaimed coaching books translated into eleven languages. Yechezkel and Ruth coach clients across the globe in four languages.
